trending Print Reports in Bright vs JSMLS

Well hello! You’ve made it this far. If you've just finished watching the "Search Results Comparison" video ( https://youtu.be/F69uk11CWpE) we're going to pick up right where that one left off. Let's get started.

We’ll begin by walking you through your new print reports. Print right from the map or results tabs by selecting one or more listings and clicking print. Now let’s go through your new print bar. Your previous options were called email PDF print preview and print HTML. In bright email PDF is still the same.

Here are the updates to your other print buttons.
- Use print to PDF to automatically generate the selected reports in a PDF format. This will always open in a new tab or window.
- Selecting preview is comparable to previously printing to HTML.
- The print and close buttons are towards the bottom left…
- and if you just want to send it straight to the printer, you’ll click the print button.

Now we can review your reports.
- This is your previous agent full report. You have two comparable report options to choose from in bright. If you're looking for all the listing information in one report we recommend starting with the agent full report. Since listings in bright have far more details entered this will always generate more than one page. If you're looking for a comparable one page report that still gives you the key listing details you're used to, we suggest trying the agent one page.
- The next report we want to showcases the agent summary. you'll find there are two possible comparable reports in bright. The agent gallery and the agent one page.
- The Agent Gallery is comparable in layout and size, displaying similar basic listing details.
- The agent one-page gives you all of the information that you were used to seeing in your agent summary including interior and exterior features when entered by the listing agent.

There is something to note about the bright print reports. One listing printed in the same report type, may not look like another. This is because bright only displays the fields entered by the listing agent. While this may take a little getting used to when you're quickly scanning the report, it'll save you a lot of printing.

- Your previous Agent Thumbnail had the same listing information as brights agent thumbnail However brights agent thumbnail also includes square feet, acres, garage and parking details, structure and style, as well as additional agent information.
The CMA one line is now called results statistics.
- In your prior system you had two versions of the client summary. One HTML and one PDF. In Bright, you’ll use the report called the client 1 page. The client one page displays the same listing information and details as the agent one page, only without the agent only information.
- And lastly if you're looking for a report that displays the listing photos are Photo View replaces both of your photo gallery 8 and photo gallery 6 reports your new bright report options make time to log in and practice check out our support page for more tips and tricks on how to use bright will be here for you when you need us
